Motion by Chairperson Nixt, seconded by Board Member Levine, to adopt Resolution #06-09 - <br />272 adopting Findings of Fact #0774 relating to Lynn & Jennifer Bakken's request for a variance <br />to construct an accessory building nearer the front property line than the principal building at <br />6328 Riverdale Drive NW. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Nixt, Board Members Levine, Cleveland, Hunt, and <br />Trites Rolle. Voting No None. Absent: Board Members Brauer and Van Scoy. <br />Motion by Chairperson Nixt, seconded by Board Member Trites Rolle, to approve Mr. and Mrs. <br />Bakken's request for a variance at 6328 Riverdale Drive NW, based on the findings of fact, and <br />adopt Resolution #06 -09 -273 declaring terms of the variance. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Nixt, Board Members Trites Rolle, Cleveland, Hunt, <br />and Levine. Voting No: None.
