Norman <br />Assistant City Administrator Heidi Nelson <br />Finance Officer Diana Lund <br />Fire Chief, Dean Kapler <br />Attorney, William Goodrich <br />Chief of Police James Way <br />Community Development Coordinator Patrick Trudgeon <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />Mayor Gamec called the City Council Work Session to order at 5:10 p.m. <br />APPROVE AGENDA <br />The agenda was approved as submitted. <br />COUNCIL TOPICS FOR DISCUSSION <br />1) Consultant Billing Discussion <br />Finance Officer Lund advised that China consultant, Vern Hegg, attended the August 8, 2006 <br />Finance Committee meeting to discuss his billing concerning the China trip and his consulting <br />services. The Finance Committee asked for the opportunity to further discuss the billing situation <br />so a final conclusion could be reached. <br />Attorney Goodrich stated he talked to Mr. Hegg and was not happy with how the discussion <br />went.
