CC Regular Session 6. 1. <br />Meeting Date: 01/24/2023 <br />By: Todd Larson, Community Development <br />Information <br />Title: <br />PUBLIC HEARING - Easement vacation in Apple Ridge in conjunction with the proposed plat of Gile Addition. <br />Purpose/Background: <br />The final plat of Gile Addition will be dedicating new standard drainage and utility easements. Some of the <br />existing platted easements from the plat of Apple Ridge are in areas where they are not needed. The proposed <br />action is to vacate all the existing drainage and utility easements and establish new ones in the proper places with <br />the proposed Gile Addition plat. <br />Notification: <br />The public hearing notification was provided in the December 30 Anoka Union Hearld and mailed to surrounding <br />property owners. Utility companies operating within Ramsey were provided an email notification. <br />Time Frame/Observations/Alternatives: <br />Alternatives to consider: <br />1. Approve the easement vacation as recommended by staff. <br />2.
