Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #23-033 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING LISTING AGREEMENT FOR CITY OWNED LAND <br />WITH CBRE <br />WHEREAS, since 2014, the City has contracted with CBRE for commercial real estate <br />brokerage services to sell available City Owned Land; and <br />WHEREAS, the current contract expires February 1, 2023; and <br />WHEREAS, the proposed contract only includes listings inside the COR; and <br />WHEREAS, the proposed contract maintains previous terms from the prior contract and <br />does not add additional properties; and <br />WHEREAS, the EDA met on January 12, 2023 and recommends approval of an extension <br />of the commercial listing agreement with CBRE. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby approves the Amendment to Listing Agreement with <br />CBRE for the period of February 1, 2023 through midnight January 31, 2024. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />
