PC CASE # <br />CONSIDER ENDING PROBATIONARY PERIOD OF OFFICE SUPERVISOR <br />Rhonda Heryla, Human Resources Manager <br />Background: <br />Joleen Wiemann assumed the position of Police Department Office Supervisor on <br />November 8, 2000, and her six month probationary period ends on May 8, 2001. Her <br />performance has been reviewed by Sergeant Way and documented as satisfactory. Based <br />on the satisfactory six month appraisal, staff is recommending Ms. Wiemann be retained <br />as a regular full -time employee. <br />Staff Recommendation: <br />Based on the satisfactory six month appraisal, staff recommends that Office Supervisor <br />Joleen Wiemann be retained as a regular full -time employee effective May 8, 2001. <br />Committee Action: <br />Motion to adopt resolution ending probationary period for Office Supervisor Joleen <br />Wiemann and granting her the status of regular full -time employee effective May 8, <br />2001. <br />Reviewed by: <br />City Administrator <br />Police Chief <br />PC: 5/8/01 <br />Copies also distributed to: <br />Personnel File <br />—129— <br />
