Terms and Conditions <br />Finishes: <br />Fabric: To be determined <br />Laminate: To be determined <br />Trim: To be determined ' <br />Installation: <br />Includes the receipt, local delivery (Metro area) and installation of the items included in this quotation <br />during normal working hours (overtime, holidays and weekends are available at an additional charge). <br />Location of the installation is assumed to be on the first floor (or a freight elevator is available for other <br />floors) with adequate sized doors that will allow the proper access to the area. Tear down, removal or <br />relocation of any existing furniture or equipment is not included unless otherwise noted. Customer is <br />responsible for the removal of computer and phone equipment and will ensure the area is clear prior to the <br />installation. _Wiring of computer cables and phone cords within the panel system raceways is available at an <br />additional charge. Customer will be responsible for providing an electrician to hardwire any electrified <br />panels unless otherwise noted. Customer is responsible for disposing of any cartons and packaging ' <br />materials unless prior arrangements have been made. Customer will be billed for any additional time that is <br />incurred for items that are not included in the original agreement. <br />Lead Time: 4 weeks <br />Terms: Net 10 days <br />Quote Good For: 60 days <br />-154- <br />
