FC CASE t i <br />PURCHASE OF AUDIO VISUAL PRESENTATION EQUIPMENT <br />By: David Gustafson, Police Chief <br />Background: <br />The City of Ramsey is allowed to purchase equipment necessary to fulfill the conditions and <br />terms of the work agreement between the Minnesota Department of Health and the City of <br />Ramsey (Youth Tobacco Access Grant). The following items will assist the Police Department <br />in presenting its tobacco enforcement and education initiative to both youth and licensees. A <br />Panasonic Toughbook Model CF48N4FKUDM laptop computer, one Sony brand data projector <br />and an Anchor brand AC powered speaker (see copies of purchase order request for details). <br />These capital items, if approved, can be ordered from the State of Minnesota contract and <br />received within two weeks. The total cost would be $7,949.16.
