NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br />Notice is hereby given that the Ramsey City Council will hold a public hearing on <br />Tuesday, May 8, 2001, at 7:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers at the Fire Station No. 2, 15050 <br />Armstrong Boulevard NW, Ramsey, Minnesota 55303. <br />The purpose of the hearing is to consider execution of a business subsidy agreement with <br />RJM Enterprises of MN, Inc. The project includes the construction of a 40,000 square foot <br />office /warehouse building in the summer of 2001, with an expansion of 30,000 square feet soon. <br />All interested persons are invited to attend the hearing and comment on the proposed <br />business subsidy agreement. The City of Ramsey complies with the Americans with Disabilities. <br />Act and, upon advance request, information will be provided in an alternative form and <br />interpreters will be available. Any person with such a request should contact City Clerk Jo <br />Thieling at 763- 427 -1410 by 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 2, 2001. There is a TDD machine at <br />Ramsey Municipal Center, the number is 763 - 427 - 8591. <br />Written comments are welcome and shall be addressed to the Ramsey City Council, <br />15153 Nowthen Boulevard NW, Ramsey, Minnesota, 55303.
