Equad Engineering Report - "Preliminary Investigation to Remove Potential <br />Particulates from the Shaffer Aluminum Recovery_ Furnace at Danny's Tranny's, <br />Inc." (dated 3/13/89). <br />F. Equad Engineering letter of September 7, 1990 <br />G. Equad Engineering letter of September 19, 1990 <br />The identified supporting documents are incorporated herein by reference. <br />44. Performance Review. The performance of this operation shall be reviewed by the City <br />Council to identify problem areas, concerns and to evaluate whether conditions of this CUP <br />need to be modified or procedural changes made. A performance review shall occur <br />concurrently with the Permit Holders site plan review for Lots 2, 3 and 4. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Beyer and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Mayor James Gilbertson <br />Councilmember Sheila Beyer <br />Councilmember Kenneth Peterson <br />Councilmember Gerald Zimmerman <br />' <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />None <br />and the following abstained: <br />Councilmember Glen Hardin <br />and the following were absent: <br />' <br />None <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />' <br />the 9th day of March, 1993. <br />7 <br />
