6. 7. <br />CC Regular Session <br />Meeting Date: <br />Primary Strategic Plan Initiative: <br />03/11/2025 <br />Promote economic growth and development. <br />Title: <br />Adopt Resolution #25-052, Approving a Final Plat and Development Agreement for Waterfront Village 2nd <br />Addition <br />Purpose/Background: <br />On February 13th, 2024, the City Council approved the Preliminary Plat and Site Plan for Waterfront Village. <br />The first phase of construction is underway. <br />The Applicant has now brought forward the second phase of the development, titled "Waterfront Village 2nd <br />Addition". This plat consists of the following: <br />. 23 detached townhome lots, <br />• Outlot A. which serves as an extension of Alpaca Terrace (a private street) to serve all 23 lots, <br />. Outlot B, which serves for a pedestrian connection between Alpaca Terrace and Bunker Lake Boulevard, <br />• Outlot C, which includes the balance of undeveloped property reserved for future phases of Waterfront <br />Village. <br />The proposed plat is consistent with the Preliminary Plat that the City Council approved on February 13th, 2024. <br />The requested action is to approve the Development Agreement and Final Plat for Waterfront Village.
