Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #25-052 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT <br />FOR "WATERFRONT VILLAGE 2ND ADDITION" <br />WHEREAS, Centra North LLC, hereafter referred to as "Developer", properly applied for Final <br />Plat approval of the property generally located between Bunker Lake Boulevard and Ramsey Parkway NW, <br />west of Zeolite Street NW, and legally described as: <br />Lot 1, Block 1, Waterfront Village 2nd Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />Lots 1 — 11 (inclusive), Block 2, Waterfront Village 2nd Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />Lots 1 — 11 (inclusive), Block 3, Waterfront Village 2nd Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />Outlots A, B, and C, Waterfront Village, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />(the `Subject Property'); and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Resolution #24-041 approving the Preliminary Plat and Site <br />Plan on February 13, 2024; and <br />WHEREAS, the proposed final plat is consistent with the approved preliminary plat for the second <br />phase of the development; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the Final Plat and Development Agreement of Waterfront <br />Village 2nd Addition, a 23-lot phase of the overall approved preliminary plat, on March 11, 2025. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, <br />ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1. That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants Final Plat approval for Waterfront Village 2nd <br />Addition, contingent upon the following conditions: <br />a. Conformance with Staff review comments and approval of plans by the City Engineer. <br />b. Execution of Development Agreement. <br />c. Approval as to legal form by City Attorney. <br />d. All conditions set forth in the above -described resolutions must be met. <br />2. That the Ramsey City Council hereby approves the Development Agreement for Waterfront <br />Village 2nd Addition and authorizes the Mayor and City Administrator to sign it. <br />
