Councilmember Specht agreed and shared that there has been a lot of positive feedback about this <br />restaurant. <br />Councilmember Peters shared his excitement for the restaurant to open. <br />Motion by Councilmember Riley, seconded by Councilmember Peters, to approve an On -Sale <br />Liquor License, including Sunday Sales, for SUR LLC. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Heineman, Councilmembers Riley, Peters, Buscher, and <br />Specht. Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmembers Olson and Stewart. <br />7.02: PUBLIC HEARING: Adopt Charter Recommended Ordinance #25-02 to Amend <br />Chapter 3 of the Charter <br />Pr~ntntinn <br />City Administrator Hagen reviewed the Staff report concerning the Charter ordinance amendments <br />to Chapter 3.
