ORDINANCE #03-06 CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE VACATING CER- TAIN DEDICATED DRAINAGE AND UTIL- ITY EASEMENTS IN THE CITY OF RAM- SEY, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA. The City of Ramsey ordains: SECTION 1, AUTHORITY This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the Home Rule Charter of the City Of Ramsey, Section 12.06 and Minnesota Statutes 412.851. SECTION 2. VACATION The followin§ described dedicated drainage and utility easement is hereby vacated, to-wit: Outlot A; Outlot B; Outlot F; Outlot G; Outlot H; All in the plat of Rivenwick, according to the recorded plat thereof, Anoka County, Minnesota. SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE This Ordinance becomes effective thirty (30) days after its publication sub- iect to the City Charter Section $.07.
