ORDINANCE #03-07 CiTY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND 2003 BUILDING PERMIT, PLANNING AND ZONING FEES. SECTION 1. AUTHORITY . This Ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the Home Rule Charter of the City of Rarn~ey, Chapter 3 (Council Procedures) and Minnesota Statutes 462.3S3, Subd. 4. Section 2. PURPOSF The purpose of this Ordinance is to amend the 2003 building construction and planning fees with the fOllowing addition: Sod and Tree Escrow Administrative Fee $100.00 ~ection 3. EFFECTIVE DATF This Ordinance becomes effective 30 days after its passage and publication, . subject to the City Charter Section $.04.
