<br />Councilmember Stewart introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #25-052 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT <br />ND <br />FOR “WATERFRONT VILLAGE 2ADDITION” <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Centra North LLC, hereafter referred to as “Developer”, properly applied <br />for Final Plat approval of the property generally located between Bunker Lake Boulevard and <br />Ramsey Parkway NW, west of Zeolite Street NW, and legally described as: <br /> <br />nd <br />Lot 1, Block 1, Waterfront Village 2 Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />nd <br />Lots 1 – 11 (inclusive), Block 2, Waterfront Village 2 Addition, Anoka County, <br />nd <br />Minnesota Lots 1 – 11 (inclusive), Block 3, Waterfront Village 2 Addition, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota Outlots A, B, and C, Waterfront Village, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />(the ‘Subject Property’); and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Resolution #24-041 approving the Preliminary Plat <br />and Site Plan on February 13, 2024; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposed final plat is consistent with the approved preliminary plat for <br />the second phase of the development; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the Final Plat and Development Agreement of <br />nd <br />Waterfront Village 2 Addition, a 23-lot phase of the overall approved preliminary plat, on <br />March 11, 2025. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants Final Plat approval for Waterfront <br />nd <br />Village 2 Addition, contingent upon the following conditions: <br />a. Conformance with Staff review comments and approval of plans by the City Engineer. <br />b. Execution of Development Agreement. <br />c. Approval as to legal form by City Attorney. <br />d. All conditions set forth in the above-described resolutions must be met. <br />2) That the Ramsey City Council hereby approves the Development Agreement for <br />nd <br />Waterfront Village 2 Addition and authorizes the Mayor and City Administrator to sign <br />it. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
