This moratorium shall <br />not affect those subdivisions a:1d plats for whic!:t the sketch plan <br />has been considered by the Planning Commission and the <br />Preliminary Plat has been filed with the Zoning Officer, all as <br />required by City Code Chapter 170.03. <br /> <br />Section 5.
