'!he letter states that according <br />to MSA 462.355 subd. 4 the City can iIrpose such a D'Oratoriur, even if the <br />affected property is currently privately amed. <br /> <br />C'.oIrIrissioner Sieber noted that Mr. Goodrich's letter also cautions that a <br />IroratoriLU' carries with it certain liabilities with respect to existing <br />property owners within the liIrits of the IrOratoriLU'. <br /> <br />Me. otto stated that the State adopted a IrOdel zoning ordinance in 1977 which <br />Septerber 18, 1985 <br /> <br />Page 1 of 4 <br />
