The first news of this expansion was seen <br /> <br />in the tri-city newspaper in July. <br /> <br />The property owners in the area North of the present airport <br /> <br />have already had the values of their homes reduced by the <br /> <br />presence of the landfill to the East. Now the airport commission <br /> <br />and city propose to lower our home values again with airport <br /> <br />expansion. <br /> <br />As one of the property owners next to the proposed limit of <br /> <br />property acquisition, I ask this question: what does the <br />~ <br />airport commission think the chancesof receiving fair market <br /> <br />value prices for homes in this area once this plan is approved? <br /> <br />My home plus those of 2 others on this block will be orphans. <br /> <br />(over) <br /> <br />FOLD AND INSERT IN BOX AT THE EXIT OR MAIL TO: CITY OF RAMSEY <br />15153 NClYTHEN BLVD.
