As my <br /> <br />business grews my empleyees will be from the cemmunity er meve here. <br /> <br />Mest Bedreem Communitys evolve or pay much higher Taxes. The people that <br /> <br />meved frem the city and still werk there will want to bring the city <br /> <br />services they had eut here, that cost meney and therefore increases taxes. <br />. " <br /> <br />With a subsidy of 90 cents en the dollar for Airport Inprevment it weuld <br /> <br />be more cost effective to. attract " business first. The residental will <br /> <br />ceme with the increase in business. It will take more Ramsey meney to. <br /> <br />attract residental than industrial, and because ef the Landfill it will <br /> <br />be more difficult to. do so.. If yeu spend time effort and meneyto attract <br /> <br />Residental it will not werk. Yeur Home and Preperty values are the same <br /> <br />or nearly so. as ether cemmunitys so. why sheuld they locate near a <br /> <br />Landfill? On the other hand a business will share mere 0.1' the Tax. base <br /> <br />and by creating jobs, will be responsible fer the empleyees meveing to. <br /> <br />the Ramsey area.
