Voting Yes: Cha.irperson Elvig, Councilmembers Olson and Cook. Voting No: <br />None. <br /> <br />APPROVE MINUTES <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cook, seconded by Councilmember Olson, to approve the July 18, <br />2006 Public Works Committee meeting minutes as presented. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
