ORDINANCE #03-09 , CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE VACATING CERTAIN DEDICATED DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENTS IN TIlE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA. The City of Ramsey ordains: SECTION 1. AUTHORITY This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the Home Rule Charter of the City of Ramsey, Section '12.06 and Minnesota Statutes 412.8S1. SECTION 2. VACATION The followincj described dedicated draina§e and utility easements are hereby vacated, to-wit: The utility and drainage easements over, under and across Lots I, 2, 3, WILDLIFE SANCTUARY ADDITION as dedicated in the recorded plat thereof sit- uated in Anoka County, Minnesota. SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE This Ordinance becomes effective thirty (30) days after its publication sub- ject to City Charter Section 5.07.
