ORDINANCE #03-09 , <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE VACATING CERTAIN <br />DEDICATED DRAINAGE AND UTILITY <br />EASEMENTS IN TIlE CITY OF RAMSEY, <br />ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA. <br />The City of Ramsey ordains: <br />SECTION 1. AUTHORITY <br /> This ordinance is adopted pursuant to <br />and under the authority of the Home Rule <br />Charter of the City of Ramsey, Section <br />'12.06 and Minnesota Statutes 412.8S1. <br />SECTION 2. VACATION <br /> The followincj described dedicated <br />draina§e and utility easements are hereby <br />vacated, to-wit: <br /> The utility and drainage easements <br />over, under and across Lots I, 2, 3, <br />WILDLIFE SANCTUARY ADDITION as <br />dedicated in the recorded plat thereof sit- <br />uated in Anoka County, Minnesota. <br />SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE <br /> This Ordinance becomes effective <br />thirty (30) days after its publication sub- <br />ject to City Charter Section 5.07. <br /> PASSED by the City Council of the <br />City of Ramsey this the 8th day of April, <br />2003. <br />Thomas G.
