ORDINANCE #03-10 CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE CHANGING THE NAME OF NORTH YAKIMA COURT N.W. AND SOUTH YAKIMA COURT N.W. IN THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA. The City of Ramsey ordains: SECTION 1. AUTHORITY · This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the Home Rule Charter of the City of Ramsey and Minnesota Statutes 440.11. SECTION 2. STREET. NAMES TO BE CHANGED The following street name in the plat of Highlands at River Park is changed as follows: From North Yakima Court N.W. To Yakima Court N.W. The following street name in the plat of Highlands at River Park 2nd Addition is changed as follows: From South Yakima Court N.W. To Yakima Court N.W. SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE This Ordinance becomes effective thirty (30) days after its publication sub- ject to City Charter Section 5.07.
