ORDINANCE #03-10 <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE CHANGING THE <br />NAME OF NORTH YAKIMA COURT N.W. <br />AND SOUTH YAKIMA COURT N.W. IN <br />THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, <br />MINNESOTA. <br />The City of Ramsey ordains: <br />SECTION 1. AUTHORITY <br /> · This ordinance is adopted pursuant to <br />and under the authority of the Home Rule <br />Charter of the City of Ramsey and <br />Minnesota Statutes 440.11. <br />SECTION 2. STREET. NAMES TO BE <br />CHANGED <br /> The following street name in the plat <br />of Highlands at River Park is changed as <br />follows: <br /> From <br /> North Yakima Court N.W. <br /> To Yakima Court N.W. <br /> The following street name in the plat <br />of Highlands at River Park 2nd Addition is <br />changed as follows: From <br /> South Yakima Court N.W. <br /> To Yakima Court N.W. <br />SECTION 3.
