CC Work Session <br />Meeting Date: 03/25/2025 <br />Primary Strategic Plan Initiative: Not Applicable <br />Information <br />Title: <br />Regular Meeting Agenda Order <br />Purpose/Background: <br />2. 3. <br />At a previous work session, council briefly discussed reorganizing the regular meeting agenda layout. <br />Suggestions included placing the approval of minutes back on the consent agenda, and moving the approval of the <br />agenda immediately following the call to order of the meeting. For background, historically the minute approval <br />was under the consent agenda. In 2024, the consensus was to place the item as a separate item on the agenda. A <br />link to the minutes from that meeting is below. <br />June 25, 2024 Council Work Session Minutes <br />For general information, an agenda may be in any order desired by the City Council. Staff will generally place <br />cases where guests are likely to be present as early in the meeting as possible. The only limitation to Ramsey's <br />agenda comes from a City Charter requirement where citizen input shall be allowed at the beginning of each <br />council meeting.
