<br />activity under the provisions of any and all applicable federal and state laws <br />against discrimination. CITY shall furnish all information and reports required by <br />the County or the ACHRA for purposes of investigation to ascertain compliance <br />with this provision. <br />b. Records, Accounts, Reports and Audit. <br />1. Records and Accounts. CITY shall establish and maintain such funds and <br />accounts as may be required by good accounting practices and state or <br />federal regulations. CITY shall maintain books and records relating to the <br />Project for six years following the termination or expiration of this <br />Agreement and shall make such books and records available forreview by <br />the ACHRA or the County. The relevant books and records of CITY shall <br />be subject to the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 13, the <br />Minnesota Government Data Practices Act. <br />11. Reports. Within one year of the date of this Agreement" CITY shall <br />provide the ACHRA with a report summarizing the use of the Program <br />Funds granted under this Agreement. <br />111. Audit. During the term of this Agreement and thereafter, Anoka County, <br />the ACHRA, and the Legislative Auditor and the State Auditor as required <br />by Minnesota Statutes' 16C.05 (or any of their duly authorized <br />representatives) shall be afforded access to all records, books, <br />correspondence, instructions, drawings, receipt~, vouchers, memoranda, <br />accounting practices and similar data relevant to this Agreement for the <br />purpose of audit, examination, duplication, excerpts and transcription. <br />6. . Indemnification. CITY does hereby agree to indemnify, save, defend and hold the <br />ACHRA, and the County of Anoka, their employees, agents, directors, trustees and <br />officers harmless from any and all claims, demands, liabilities and costs, including <br />without limitation attorney's or other professionals' fees, arising out of the Project or any <br />other actions or omissions arising out of this Agreement. <br /> <br />3 <br />
