Background: <br />After processing the plat of Ramsey Town Center 10 Addition, it came to Staff's <br />attention that a street name contained on the plat of Ramsey Town Center 10 Addition <br />is incorrectly identified. 149 Lane as shown on the plat should be labeled as 149 Ave. <br />NW. The following items are enclosed for your information: <br />Notification: <br />a. Site location map <br />b. Ramsey Town Center 10 Addition Final Plat <br />c. Proposed ordinance <br />Property owners along 149 between Bison St. and Zeolite St. were notified of the <br />proposed street name correction. <br />Observations: <br />There is only one occupied house currently on 149 Lane NW. The property owner will <br />be the' only one affected. It is important to point out that the number address will not <br />change; only the street name. <br />Recommendation: <br />City Staff recommends conducting the public hearing and introduction of the proposed <br />ordinance. <br />Action: <br />Motion by Councilmember and seconded by Councilmember <br />to introduce the proposed ordinance to change the street name of 149 Lane <br />N.W. between Bison St. NW and Zeolite St. NW to 149 Avenue N.W. <br />Review Checklist: <br />Public Works Director <br />Asst.
