Extend McKinlev street westwards from Anoka to arrl from an east-west <br />collector. <br /> <br />o Location to allow industrial plots between the road and the <br />railroad <br />o If airport extensions vacate Jasper Road, connect the extension <br />into Azurite street N. W. <br />o If Jasper Street is not vacated, connect. extension into Jasper <br />street <br /> <br />5. Provide an east-west link from 143m Avenue N.W. at CR 56 to CR 83 and <br />preferably further west. <br /> <br />o Location to allow industrial plots between this road link ani the <br />railroad <br /> <br />6.
