Schedule. <br /> <br />Anticipating authorization to working drawings in conjunction with the City <br />Engineer beginning site and grading plans by April 15, 1988, we could pro- <br />vide a firm price proposal by May 15, 1988 and begin construction as early <br />as June 1, 1988. A continuous construction schedule of 16 weeks will be <br />required to complete the building for occupancy by late September, 1988. <br /> <br />16. Contract Amount. <br /> <br />Stiglich Construction, Inc. will construct the facility of this preliminary <br />proposal eXCluding all alternates with a progress payment contract for a <br />contract amount of $406,500.00 to $426,500.00. <br />
