<br />subject to the execution of a development agreement with <br />the City. The agreement may include, but is not limited <br />to, the following: <br /> <br />) <br /> <br />- amount of the City's financial commitment; <br />- specifications of the City's commitment; <br />- terms of the City's participation (such as liens, <br />deficiency agreements, etc.); <br />- insurance; <br />- financing; <br />- conditions of the developer's participation; <br />- events of default; <br />- terms for transfer or assignment of agreement; <br />- indemnification; and <br />termination of agreement. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Reimann <br />Councilmember Cox <br />Councilmember DeLuca <br />Councilmember Pearson <br />Councilmember Sorteberg <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by <br />the Ramsey City Council this the 25th ~jf of August, 1987.
