Voting No: None.. <br /> <br />Case 413: Cross Of Hope Lutheran Chu!'GP Garden Of Hqpe Cemete~y: <br /> <br />Mr. Goodrich recalled that in May of 1986, City Council granted a <br />conditional use permit to Cross of Hope to operate a cemetery.. ~at pemd.t <br />re:;auires that thetenns of construction ana pe~tual maintenance must be <br />completed by May 31, 1988 or the permit is voideo. Cross of Hope is now <br />requesting Council" approval of th.e cemetery's proposE:o rules ana <br />regulations.. Mr..
