Voting No: None, <br /> <br />Case *20: A-roitration Awara In Tne Matter of Arbitration Betwee'1 The <br />City Of RamEev And Law Enforcement (LELS): <br /> <br />Mr. Bartley reviewee the arbitrator's award in the LELS labor contract <br />negotiations as follo,.,'s: For 1987, a 2% wage increase on January 1 ana <br />another 2% wage increase on July 1; insurance contribution is increased by <br />$14lmonth for the entire year; no change in holidays. For 1988, wages are <br />increased by 3.85% effective January 1; insurance' contribution is increased <br />by. $lO/rnonth for the e.'1':.ire year; no change in holidays. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilrnember Sorteberg and seconded by Councilmember DeLuca to <br />acknowledge award and a~Jhorize the fJ'ayor ana City Administrator to sign <br />agreements reflecting the award of Arbitrator Edward D.
