For 1988, wages are <br />increased by 3.85% effective January 1; insurance' contribution is increased <br />by. $lO/rnonth for the e.'1':.ire year; no change in holidays. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilrnember Sorteberg and seconded by Councilmember DeLuca to <br />acknowledge award and a~Jhorize the fJ'ayor ana City Administrator to sign <br />agreements reflecting the award of Arbitrator Edward D.
