<br />e) Warming house at Central. Park - <br /> <br />Mr. Bartley stated that Hakanson/Anderson is pret:aring specifications for <br />the lle\t>' building at Central. Park based on the needs of organizations that <br />\tdll utilize the facility: the specs should be presented to Council at <br />their next regular meeting. <br /> <br />Discussed resllned regarding vandalism to the temporary warming house at <br />Central Park. Council consensus was that the windows in the temporary <br />wanning house at Central Park should be boarded up and the structure moved <br />to Traprock Camnons Park to be used for storage purposes. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilnenber DeLuca and seconded by Councilmember Pearson to <br />direct the Police DepartJnent to investigate vandalism at City parks and <br />take the necessary steps to correct that situation. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilnenbers Sorteberg, Cox, <br />DeLuca and Pearson. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Ms. Prall rioted that RYAA is growing and she is concerned that the <br />additional needs of the organization are creating a harciship for the Public <br />Works DepartJnent. <br /> <br />d) Ramsey Clean-up Day - <br /> <br />l"JOtion by Councilnenber Cox and secondea by Councilnember Pearson direct':'ng <br />Cty Staff to send letters of appreciation to all organizations, including <br />. P:yJ,A, Jaycees, Waste t-Er.aagement of l'linnesota, for their coop:ration in the <br />Ramsey Clean-up Day event. <br /> <br />Further Discussion: Staff was directed to stress Ramsey's Keep America <br />Beautiful program in the letter..~.... <br /> <br />If.iOtion carried.
