<br />Case #3: Request For ~letes And Bounds Subdivision: CaseQf Mr. Jerry <br />Noller: <br /> <br />Ms. Norris stated that Mr. Noller is requesting to subdivide a 30 acre <br />parcel north of Trott Brook. Mr. Norris recalled that in 1983, Council <br />granted a variance to the previous pro~rty CMner to build one home on the <br />pro~rty with no further subdivision until public access is provided. Mr. <br />Noller is unable to provide that public access and Planning and Zoning has <br />recommended denial of the request to subdivide. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilrnanber Cox and seconded by Councilmernber Sorteberg to deny <br />~.r. Jerry Noller's request for a metes and bounds subdivision based on the <br />fact that no public access has been provided to the property. <br /> <br />Notion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Sorteberg, <br />DeLuca, Pearson and Cox. Voting No: None. . <br /> <br />Case #4: Request F<(r Site Plan Review: Case Of Northern Oxygen: <br /> <br />Ms. Norris stated that Northern Oxygen is proposing to construct an <br />additional structure at their facility at 6650 Hwy. #10 to be used for <br />filling tanks. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilrnember DeLuca and seconded by Councilrnernber Cox to approve <br />Northern Oxygen's request for site plan review. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilrnembers Sorteberg, Cox, <br />DeLuca and Pearson. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #5: Reauest For Site Plan Review: case Of Mr. David Hauan: <br /> <br />Mr. Hauan was present. <br /> <br />~.s. Norris reported that Planning and Zoning has recommended approval of <br />Mr. Hauan's site plan for a recreation center at 14622 Ferret which will <br />include a concession building, miniature golf course, go-carts and boat <br />pond. A separate site plan will be subnitted in 1989 for the roller rink <br />portion of the center. <br /> <br />r<Iotion by Councilnanber Cox and seconded by Councilrnember DeLuca to approve <br />Nr. David Hauan's request for site plan review. Further, that the <br />developnent agreement will specify hours of operation from 11: 00 a.m. to <br />11: 00 p.m. and that surfacing shall be completed by June 1, 1989. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilrnernbers Sorteberg, Cox, <br />DeLuca and Pearson.
