<br />CASE #5: <br /> <br />INFORMATION ITEMS <br /> <br />1) At its meeting on June 14, the City Council took the following action: <br /> <br />a) Directed the City Attorney to seek an Attorney General's opinion <br />of those issues he deems appropriate relating to airport zoning) <br />the City Charter and the recent referendum; <br /> <br />b) Approved the final plat of Gordon Addition; <br />c) Approved the final plat of Weaver Addition; <br />d) Approved the final plat of Oakwood Hills; <br />e) Approved the final plat of Rambosek Red Oak Estates; <br />f) Approved renaming the riding arena in Traprock Commons Park after <br /> Ernie Schleper; and <br /> <br />g) Granted concept approval of the proposed Mississippi River <br />crossing corridor coordinating with Dayton's proposed crossing and <br />directed staff to discuss the corridor with affected communities. <br /> <br />2) At its meeting on June 28, the City Council took the following action: <br /> <br />a) Scheduled a public hearing for July 14, 1988 at 7:30 p.m. at the <br />Ramsey Elementary School, to consider Atlas Incinerators' request <br />for a conditional use permit to construct and operate contract <br />burn incinerators; <br /> <br />b) Approved the final plat of The North Forty; and <br /> <br />c) Adopted an ordinance establishing a volunteer fire department. <br /> <br />e <br />
