Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case ~f9: <br /> <br />Adopt ordinance amendin~ Section 170.063 of the City <br />Code re~a~diny Dark dedication reouirements. <br /> <br />.... <br /> <br />} Mr. Hartley stated that the proposed amendment to the park dedication <br />ordinance deletes that reference which states that the City As sessor will <br />determine the fair market value. Councilmember Sorteberg stated that in <br />his opinion, the ordinance would be too broad in that it does not spell out <br />who will determine the fair market value when determining park dedication <br />requirements. <br /> <br />Mr. Otto noted that the ordinance would still require developers to <br />contribute 10% of fair market value; the ordinance amendment is just <br />deleting reference to the City Assessor's records in determining fair <br />market value. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember DeLuca and seconded by Mayor Reimann to adopt <br />ordinance #88-15 amending park dedication requirements. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers DeLuca and <br />Sorteberg.
