<br />"--"--"j- <br /> <br />'-') <br /> <br />Mayor Reimann stated that he has been told that someone is living <br />the accessory structure that was moved into Ramsey by Leonard Simon. <br />Reimann requested thatCit)fStaff research these allegations. <br /> <br />ou t of <br />Mayor <br /> <br />B. Remodeling of City Hall <br /> <br />Mayo!" Reimann stated that the Personnel Committee and City Staff have <br />discussed remodeling changes at City Hall. Mayor Reimann stated that the <br />recommendation coming out of the Personnel Committee meetings is that the <br />non-kitchen side of the city hall lower level be remodeled into a Police <br />Dept. and that the Finance Dept. be moved upstairs into the current Police <br />Dept. space. <br /> <br />Mr. Hartley noted that another remodeling recommendation is that of the <br />main level reception area. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Pearson and seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg to <br />approve recommended remodeling at Ramsey Municipal Center and the securing <br />of an architect, if necessary, to approve said remodeling plans for the <br />Police Dept., Finance Dept. and main level reception area. <br /> <br />Further discussion. Mayor Reimann recommended that a more receptive <br />reception area for the new Police Dept. also be planned for. Mr. Hartley <br />stated that he will be notifying those groups that regularly use the non- <br />kitchen side of the lower level for meetings that that space will no longer <br />be available in the very near future. <br /> <br />} <br />~~- <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Sorteberg, <br />DeLuca, Pearson and Bawden. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Sorteberg and seconded by Councilmember Pearson to <br />adjourn tbe regular City Council meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Sorteberg, <br />DeLuca, Pearson and Bawden.
