<br />Mr. Bartley stated that the cities of Blaine, Coor~ Rapics. AnoLa. Andover
<br />and. Ham Lake are planning to hire the firm of Larkin, Roffman, Daly and
<br />l.indgren for lobbying efforts. The agenclarcr the lobbyingefforth.\ls not
<br />been solidified and if Ramsey participates. the City shoulcipresent a
<br />suggested agenda of ,,'hat Ramsey needs lobbying ::or.

<br />Councilmember Sorteberg noted that the lobby effert seemstcbe a
<br />i.uplication cfthe Northern Mayor's AEsoci~ticL's efforts. Mr. Hartley
<br />replied that the lobbying effort may be even more focused than the efforts
<br />cf the ~orthern ~~ycr's Association.
