Authorization to prepare specs for a pumper and tanker to be <br />brought back to Council for approval. <br /> <br />2. Prepare specs for turn-out gear and advertise for bids. <br /> <br />3. Purchase a pick-up truck for rire Department use. <br /> <br />4. Give notice of termination of contract to the Anoka and Elk River <br />Fire Departments as of October I, 1990. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember DeLuca and seconded by Councilmember Bawden to <br />approve the following requests of the Fire Board: <br /> <br />1. Preparation of specs for pumper and tanker to be brought back to <br />Council for approval. <br /> <br />2. Preparation of specs for turn-out gear and advertis ing for bid s <br />f or same. <br /> <br />3. Notification to Elk River and Anoka Fire Departments regarding <br />expiration of contracts as of October I, 1990. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
