TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Reimann called the special City Council meeting to order at 7:42 p.m. <br />and led in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />Jill Prall - 15611 Harmoset Street N.W. - Hs.
