Item {:12 should be amended to indicate that the proposed use is not consistent with the objectives of the Comprehensive Plan. Item ~n4 should be amended to indicate that the use wi 11 n otb e hazardous or disturbing to existing neighboring uses only. Mr. Goodrich stated that State law prohibits placing time littits on conditional use permits unless tbere is a good reason for doing se.
