'.:.~ <br />. <br />l <br /> <br />Mr. Hartley stated that the complete record of the Atlas case. which <br />includes all Planning and Zoning public hearing and meeting minutes and all <br />information submitted at various meetings. will be reviewed by City <br />Council. <br /> <br />John Heinen - Stated that one of the Planning and Zoning commissioners <br />requested more technical information and comments from MPCA; will that <br />information be made public. The public has asked questions that remain <br />unanswered and would like them answered. <br /> <br />Mr. Hartley stated that the additional information has been requested for <br />by July 14 so that it can be made a part of the public hearing record. <br /> <br />Steve Compton - 7250 l66th - Inquired as to what it will take to conv inee <br />the City that the public doesn't want Atlas to locate in Ramsey. <br /> <br />PRESENTATION <br /> <br />Mayor Reimann presented a plaque to representatives of the Ramsey Lions in <br />appreciation of their leadership. time. effort and funds expended on the <br />annual Community Picnic events and development at Central Park. <br /> <br />Mr. Jerry Hamlet of the Ramsey Lions Club stated that the Lions Club has <br />entered into an agreement to donate $50.000 towards the construction of a <br />warming house at Central Park. <br /> <br />~~yor Reimann presented a plaque to representatives of the Ramsey Jaycees <br />in appreciation of their efforts to provide an annual clean-up day in <br />Ramsey and other community services such as firearms safety classes. <br /> <br />The regular Council meeting adjourned at 8:10 p.m. in order to conduct the <br />following public hearing: <br /> <br />Consider vacation of north portion of Outlot B. Countryside Estates. <br /> <br />Mayor Reimann called the regular meeting back to order at 8:47 p.m. <br /> <br />Case #17: Issues Relatin~ To Outlot B. Countryside Estates: <br /> <br />Mr. Goodrich stated that the options are to research the ultimate person <br />that wrongfully sold Outlot B and try to collect damages or possibly <br />request that the house be moved. The chances of the court ordering the <br />house to be moved are fairly minimal as the city delcared the lot buildable <br />and issued a building permit. <br /> <br />Mayor Reimann stated that he would like to see the city collect damages and <br />use the funds to upgrade another lot for use as a park. <br /> <br />Mr. Goodrich noted that Dick Carson built the home.
