With respect to the trees, <br />if they are in the right-of-way, then they are in the ownership of the <br />city; if they are on a resident's property and damaged by the construction, <br />then it is a cost the contractor would have to incur. <br /> <br />Mr. Otto stated that when final plans are drawn up, the city will be able <br />to determine the impact, if any, on all properties; those plans will be <br />available for review. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cox and seconded by Councilmember DeLuca to adjourn <br />the public hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
