Miller, Inc. and awarding of the bid contingent upon Mn/DOT <br />approval of the plans and MSA funding. <br /> <br />r:-'-~..'rt <br />.:1 <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cox and seconded by Counci1member DeLuca to adopt <br />Resolution #88-121 accepting bids for Improvement Projects #87-19 and #87- <br />26 and awarding a contract to W. B. Miller, Inc. for such improvements. <br />(Refer to resolution file for Resolution #88-121). <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox, <br />DeLuca and Pearson. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #9: Front Street Storm Sewer And Street Improvements Improvement <br />Project #87-18: <br /> <br />Mr. Otto presented the plans and specs for the Front Street storm sewer and <br />street improvements and requested that bids be received on August 23 rather <br />than August 9 as noted in the proposed resolution. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Pearson and seconded by Councilmember DeLuca to <br />adopt Resolution #88-122 approving plans and specifications and ordering <br />advertisement for bids for Improvement Project #87-18 with bids to be <br />received on August 23, 1988.
