<br />CASE #3: <br /> <br />REVIEW VARIANCE ISSUED FOR SIGN AT 6106 HWY. #10 N.W.; <br />CASE OF MR. TIM DOYLE <br />By: Community Development Director Anne Norris <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />As you know, Mr. Tim Doyle appeared before the Board of Adjustment on <br />February 11, 1988 requesting a variance to construct a sign larger than <br />permitted by City Code and in addition to the existing signs on the <br />property at 6106 Hwy. #10 N.W. Based on the fact that the large Mobil sign <br />had previously been on the property, the Board approved Mr. Doyle's request <br />for a variance. As a condition of this variance, however, the Board also <br />required Mr. Doyle to remove the single free-standing sign located on the <br />east side of the property. <br /> <br />On May 25, 1988, the Board of Adjustment reviewed Mr. Doyle's variance at <br />the request of Mr. Doyle.
