VARIANCE SCENIC SIGN CORPORATION AND TIM OOYLE 6106 HIGHWAY 10 N.W. RAMSEY, MINNESOI'A On February 11, 1988 the Ramsey Board of Adjustment issued a variance from Section 170.05 of the Ramsey City Code to Tim Doyle and Scenic Sign Corporation to construct a free standing identification sign larger than permitted on the property generally knCMn as 6106 Highway 10 N.W. and is legally described as follows: That part of Lot 26, Auditors Subdivision No. 96 described as follCMs: Commencing at a p:>int on the Northerly line of said Lot 26 which is 200 feet Easterly of the Northeast corner of Lot 13 said subdivision as measured along the Northerly line of said Lot 26; then Southerly parallel with the Easterly line of said Lot 13 for 190 feet; then Westerly parallel with the Northerly line of said Lot 26 for 200 feet and to the Southeast corner of said Lot 13: then Southerly on an extension Southerly of the Easterly line of said Lot 13 for 260 feet then Easterly at an interior angle to the Northeast of 91 degrees 30 minutes for 427.1 feet; then Northeasterly with a deflection angle to the left of 66 degrees 50 minutes for 49 feet; then Northeasterly with a deflection angle to the right of 36 degrees 24 minutes for 50.8 feet; then Easterly with a deflection angle to the right of 13 degrees 50 minutes for 51 feet; then Northerly with a deflection angle to the left 74 degrees 4 minutes for a distance of 168.1 feet; then Easterly with a deflection angle to the right of 90 degrees 26 minutes for 99 feet; then Northerly with a deflection angle to the left of 89 degrees 25 minutes for 163.1 feet arid to the Northerly line of said Lot 26; then Northwesterly along the Northerly line of said Lot 26 to the point of corrnnencing, together with an easement for road purposes over that part of Lot 26, Auditors Subdivision No. 96 described as follCMs: Commencing at the most Northeasterly corner of the above described parcel; then Southwesterly along the Southeasterly line thereof for 40 feet; then Northeasterly in a straight line to a point on the Northerly line of said Lot 26 which is 8 feet Westerly as measured along said Northerly line of the Northwesterly corner of Lot 14 said subdivision; then Westerly along the Northerly line of said Lot 26 to the point of beginning of this easement. This variance was issued pursuant to the authorization of Section 170.013 of 'the Ramsey City Code. The conditions of this variance are as follows: 1. 'Ihe sign shall not exceed 37 feet in hight. 2. 'Ihe sign shall not exceed 365 square feet in size. 3. The sign shall be constructed and maintained in accordance to the specifications of the City Code and Building Official. 4. The sign shall not be constructed until such time as a sign permit has been issued by the City Building Official. 5. The sign shall be properly maintained. 'Ii
