Gerald Z irnmerman <br />Mr. Michael Terry <br />Mr. Jim Holm <br /> <br />Also Present: Community Development Director Anne Norris <br />Building Official Elvin Erickson <br /> <br />Hembers Absent: Mr. Terry Hendriksen <br />l'Jr. Jim HCMe11 <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairman Shumway called the public hearing to order at 7: 06 p.m. <br />J CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />Mr. Gerald Ackerman was present. <br /> <br />MR. Paul Rogne - 15530 Zirconium Street N.W. - Requested an explanation of <br />Mr. Ackerman's request. <br /> <br />Chairman Shumway explained that Mr. Ackerman is requesting a variance to <br />construct an accessory structure that measures 27.5 feet in height; city <br />code limits structure height to 16 feet. <br /> <br />John Arth - 15501 Zirconium street N.W. Inquired as to the size of the <br />proposed accessory structure and the time frame for completion of the <br />structure. <br /> <br />1>15. Norris replied that the accessory structure is propJsed to be 38'x72'. <br /> <br />Building Official Erickson stated that the building permit is valid as long <br />as there continues to be progress on the construction; if no progress is <br />made in a 6 month period, then the permit is subject to renewal <br />proceedings. <br /> <br />Board of Adjustment Public Hearing/May 25, 1988 <br />Page 1 of 2 <br /> <br />82. <br />
