. :\) Commissioner Holm noted that the City uses the County's tax records to compile public hearing notification lists; a mortgage company is listed as the taxpayer for 6501 1~5th Avenue and the hearing notice was sent to that company. Ms. Norris suggested that Mr. Axtell contact Anoka County to be sure he is noted as the owner of record on the tax statement. Case #3: Review Variance Issued For Sign At 6106 Hwy. #10 N.W.: Case Of Mr. Tim Doyle: Mr. Doyle was not present. Ms. Norris recalled that Mr. Doyle was granted a variance to construct a sign larger than rerrnitted; a condition of the variance was that the single free standing sign already existing on the east side of the property be removed. In prep::iration to have the sign removed, Mr. Doyle's contractor noted that the sign is the main source for outdoor electricity. Mr. Doyle is requesting Board reconsideration of the requirement to remove the eastern sign. Notion by Corrnnissioner LaDue and seconded by Conunissioner Holm to deny Mr. Tim Doyle's request for reconsideration of the requirement to have the eastern advertising sign at 6106 Hwy. #10 N.W. removed. Motion carried. voting Yes: Chairman Shumway, Commissioners Z irrnnerman, Holm, LaDue and Terry. Voting No: None.
