The Brozaks have stated <br />that the print shop would be strictly a pick-up and delivery business and there <br />would be virtually no droIT"in business. The Brozaks have also stated that the <br />majority of the business would be done over the telephone. The Brozaks are <br />requesting a conditional use permit to operate the print shop fran their garage <br />for no longer than one year. <br /> <br />Enclosed are the following items for your information: <br /> <br />a) Application <br />b) Site location map <br />c) Proposed findings of fact <br />d) Proposed conditional use permit <br /> <br />Cl:>servations: <br /> <br /> <br />The Planning and Zoning Commission conducted a public hearing on the Brozak' s <br />request on March 1, 1988. The Commission will consider the Brozak's request on <br />on March 17, 1988.
