Counci1member _______ introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESCLurION #88-_ RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING HEARING ON STREET IMPROJEMENI' (Caroline Acres) WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Ramsey City Council adopted March 8, 1988, a report has been prepared by Mr. Peter R. Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc., with reference to the tarvia surfacing improvement of the following streets: a) 178th Lane N.W. within the plat of Caroline Acres b) Xenolith Street N.W. between l7Bth Lane N.W. and l8lst Avenue N.W. (Anoka County #64) WHEREAS, the report was received by the Ramsey City Council on March 22, 1988, which report indicates the following: Estimated Total Cost of Project Estimated Total Assessment per unit (individual property cost): Estimated Annual Assessment per unit (3 year term) 1st Year: 2nd Year: 3rd Year: $ $ $ $ $ NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Ramsey City Council will consider the tarvia surfacing improvement of such streets in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to the Ramsey City Charter at an estimated total cost of the improvement of $ 2) That a public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 12th day of April, 1988, in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center at 7:30 P.M. and the City Administrator shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law.
