Mr. <br />Access to the <br /> <br />The subject property is located in the R-1R Rural Residential District; the <br />minimum lot size is 2.5 acres. <br /> <br />Mr. Roemhild is also requesting that the Council waive the requirement that <br />Garnet Street N.W. be improved at this time. <br /> <br />Enclosed are the following items for your information: <br /> <br />a) Site location map <br />b) Existing parcel <br />c) Proposed subdivision <br />d) Council minutes dated October 9. 1979 <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />When the plat of Looyen's Addition was approved in 1979 the City Council <br />waived the improvement of Garnet Street N.W. at that time.
