The proposed plan is for a used vehicle sales lot on the <br />northwest corner of T.H. 10 and County Road 56. <br /> <br />2. We have reviewed the Anoka County Department of Highways <br />letter and we concur with their recommendation that an <br />additional 27 feet of right-of-way be dedicated to bring this <br />lot into the same right-of-way section as the other side of <br />C.R. 56 and also the properties on the north. <br /> <br />3. A storm sewer is proposed to be installed in the future along <br />the north side of T.H. 10. However, for the present, we <br />recommend the drainage from the proposed blacktop be allowed to <br />flow as shown on the site plan. The runoff should, however, be <br />diverted away from the septic tank and drainfield as excessive <br />runoff in this area may shorten the life of the drainfield. <br />The owner should grade the lot to retain the runoff in. the <br />unused portion of the lot for the present time. Upon <br />completion of the proposed storm sewer along T.H. 10, we <br />recommend grading the lot to allow the flow to enter the ditch <br />and subsequently, the storm sewer. <br /> <br />4.
